It is recommended during PMS as well as during menstruation.
Ingredients About 2-4 servings (make more and eat every meal for 2 or 3 days)
・One quarter of a cabbage
・1 bunch Leek chives (about 100 g)
・1 clove garlic
・150 g miso paste (adjust to your liking)
・600 ml water
Process・Cut
Cut cabbage into quarters and rinse with water.
(This will prevent the vitamins from escaping. Be sure to cut out the amount you will use, wash it, and then cut it into small pieces).
Then cut into pieces that are easy to eat.
Garlic can be used as appropriate. I just cut it in half, but you can also grate it.
Cut the Leek chives into about 3 cm pieces as well.
・Make miso soup
Put 600 ml of water in a pot and heat.
When it starts to bubble, add the garlic and cabbage.
When the water comes to a boil, turn off the heat. After about 1 minute, dissolve the miso in the water.
Add Leek chives and let sit for about an hour.
・Finished
Reheat before serving. Again, do not bring to a boil.
The vegetables will release the broth and the miso will blend with the vegetables.
If you feel that the soup is a little too soupy, add bonito soup stock.
Bonito soup stock is recommended for menstruation because it is a source of blood.
Cutting the cabbage a little larger makes it more satisfying.
The seasoning makes it easy to eat before or during menstruation, or when you don't have a good appetite, so please enjoy it.
