2・Relax and Find a Comfortable Position:

Sit comfortably or lie down on your back to relax.

3・Contract the Muscles:

Contract the pelvic floor muscles around the vagina and anus as if you're squeezing them tightly for 3-5 seconds. Keep breathing naturally without holding your breath.

4・Release and Relax:

Release the contraction and relax the muscles for another 3-5 seconds.

5・Repeat:

Repeat this process 10 times, aiming to complete 3 sets per day.
