The body is capital. Health is wealth.
Even among blood relatives, each individual has a different constitution, so let's first understand ourselves without being swayed by easy information.
Eating is an act of taking in necessary nutrients to live healthily.
It is not just about filling your stomach.
"Substitute" products that claim to be good for dieting may not provide the same power of nutrients and ingredients, so be cautious as they may not suit your body.
What the body needs is something that feels 'delicious' and 'soothing' to the body.
There is also a saying that medicine and food are from the same source, so eating should be treated with a little more importance. Despite saying this, I sometimes slack off in cooking...(;'∀')
In Japan, there are wonderful words like 'Itadakimasu' and 'Gochisousama deshita'.
"「いただきます - Itadakimasu」 is a greeting used before starting a meal, and 「ご馳走様でした'- Gochisousama deshita」 or 「ご馳走様-Gochisousama」 or 「ごちそうさん -Gochisousan」 are greetings used after finishing a meal. Both essentially mean 'Thank you for the meal.'"
Please reconsider 'meals' for yourself and your loved ones.
If done well, you can become healthy from the inside out, improve your skin condition, and this can also save money on cosmetics, supplements, and medical expenses.
Especially at times like these, let's borrow the power of nature, live robustly, return to the earth, and circulate good things."

!!Things I want to convey!!
"Recently, it's become easy to get exotic foods labeled as superfoods. These foods are indeed high in nutrients and wonderful, but it turns out that the foods grown in a particular area are often the best match for the people living there. For example, whether foods grown in Japan are perfect for people in Scandinavia or if Indian foods suit Americans can't be said for certain. While there may be individual cases where they match, generally speaking, locally grown foods are most suitable for the people living in that area.
For instance, in Taiwan, where the humidity is high, soy milk is preferred because it provides moisture while helping to expel excess water. In desert countries, argan oil is favored due to its suitability for dry conditions. Seaweed, consumed by ancient Japanese, is digestible for Japanese descendants but may be difficult for foreigners to digest; however, roasted seaweed is usually fine, so sushi is okay. First, reconsider the foods commonly eaten in your own region or where you currently live; they might actually be your personal superfoods. Why not start by re-evaluating local ingredients?"
