Invitation!

Sexual knowledge is not simply about improving the quality of intercourse.
It is deeply connected to hormonal balance, emotional and physical health,
and even the quality of our relationships.

Learning about sexuality enriches your humanity,
and adds depth and color to your entire life.

When I was younger, I neglected sexuality in many ways.
As a result, my hormonal balance collapsed,
and during a time that should have been the most vibrant years of my twenties,
I fell ill, underwent breast surgery,
and spent nearly two years in recovery.
Looking back, it was a lesson that body, mind, and sexuality cannot be separated.

Since then, through diet, movement, and by opening my heart to sexuality itself,
I’ve learned how to work with my hormones,
how to maintain health,
and how to navigate emotional turbulence.
I realized that sexuality is not something “impure,”
but wisdom meant to help us care for ourselves and for one another.

Would it surprise you to hear that the state of the brain
is linked to physical tension in the female pelvis?
Even films joke, “You’re cranky because you’re not having sex,”
not because it’s scientifically verified,
but because so many people intuitively feel the truth behind it.

Women experience a rise in estrogen, oxytocin, and serotonin
through fulfilling sexual experiences, easing the mind.
Men, too, experience heightened testosterone
and a stronger sense of confidence
when they see their partner truly satisfied.

As lifespans grow longer, and pregnancy into one’s forties becomes more common,
our relationship with hormones and sexuality is becoming more important than ever.

Men and women differ in physical structure, temperament, and ways of thinking.
Ignoring these differences has deepened unnecessary divides,
leading to misunderstandings and avoidable heartbreak.

With the right understanding, sexuality is not vulgar—
it becomes an expression of refinement.

Neglecting the most vital part of the body because it is “unclean”
is a sad misunderstanding.
Every living being comes from the act of sex.
It is not dirty—
it is sacred.

Ancient peoples understood this well.
Perhaps it is time for us to revisit their wisdom.

I will be sharing more of these ideas—
both free and in-depth, educational content—
